We use personal data that has been provided to us by Customers of Guardian24 to enable us to comply with our contract with the Customer and to provide the services required. We process the personal data solely in accordance with the directions provided by the applicable Customer.
In the course of providing our personal safety service (for instance, in an emergency situation) we may need to pass personal data on to third-party service providers contracted to Guardian24 as well as to the Emergency Services. Any third parties that we may share personal data with are obliged to keep your details securely, and to use them only to fulfil the service required at the time. When they no longer need your data to fulfil this service, we require them to dispose of the details in line with Guardian24’s procedures.
We may use personal details (such as email address) to contact the appropriate person for administrative purposes such as Customer Support or financial payment processing. We may also contact users in relation to aspects of our service such as network outages or disruptions.

In general, you can browse our web site without giving us any personal information.
However, there are additional activities on our website that require you to submit personal data. For example, downloading brochures and advice guides, subscribing to our newsletter or completing an online form requesting more information.
