We recently availed of the opportunity to exhibit our lone worker solutions at NIFHA annual conference, Great Homes, Thriving Communities which took place on 23-24 October at the La Mon Hotel, Belfast.
One of the key sectors that Guardian24 work with is Housing. This annual conference is seen as a key event in the housing calendar. Therefore, we felt it was fundamental for us to attend.
As the focus of the event was to explore the current legislative, policy and regulatory landscape for housing associations we knew our products provided a solution to the evolving housing needs for those employees who work in the local communities.
Working With Housing Associations
We’re currently working jointly with over 80 Housing Associations. This includes a number of the G15 on the issue of staff safety and lone worker protection. Guardian24 can help you protect your staff via; standard mobile phone, smart phone applications and dedicated lone worker devices. Guardian24’s BS 8484 lone worker solutions provides two key features; the ability to easily raise a covert panic alarm on a chosen device should the user’s safety be compromised and the ability to log lone worker activities. Should an activity overrun or a panic alarm be activated, the service will immediately notify a nominated respondent or a CATII BS 5979 accredited Alarm Receiving Centre, log GPS location fixes and record live audio from the lone worker device.
By attending the event it provided us with the opportunity to network with the decision makers and key people within our target market, giving us the opportunity to liaise with current clients, possible partners and future prospects informing them on how Guardian24 can aid them in meeting their duty of care to safeguard their lone working staff.
