After a year that has seen some fantastic achievements, we were delighted to round off 2016 with our parent company Send For Help being named as one of the fastest growing companies in Britain, featuring at position 47 in the official Fast Track 100 list produced by The Sunday Times.
Guardian24 continue to lead the way in lone worker protection, having gained top accreditations including NSI Gold from the National Security Inspectorate and the prestigious Secured by Design certification awarded by the Police. This shows our commitment to providing the best possible services, products and working practices in line with the highest industry standards.
In June, there was another exciting development for Guardian24 with the launch of our Bluetooth Button, which works alongside the new version of our Windows smartphone app. The wearable device – which easily clips on to a belt or keychain – uses Bluetooth technology to override the phone’s keypad lock, allowing users to raise the alarm quickly in the event of an emergency.
Bluetooth Button was debuted at IFSEC International, the biggest security exhibition in Europe, with 27,000 global security professionals in attendance. We exhibited at the three-day event featuring alongside the industry’s leading names, showcasing our latest innovative BS 8484 certified range of personal safety devices and apps.
Looking to the future, we’ve got some exciting new products in the pipeline for Guardian24 in 2017 and we’re looking forward to building on our successes in the coming year.
We’d like to take this opportunity to wish all of our customers a Merry Christmas and thank you for your support in 2016.
